Commitment to Service

$5,000 Performance Guarantee

Alarm Solutions, Inc. will pay for the first $5,000.00 of any loss, in a protected and monitored area, if a forced entry is undetected and the proper authority is not notified. (Guarantee applies only to systems installed by Alarm Solutions, Inc.)

One Year Parts and labor Guarantee

Alarm Solutions, Inc. includes a one year warranty on all parts and labor for normal maintenance as long as Alarm Solutions, Inc. provides monitoring services. Excludes batteries.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Alarm Solutions, Inc, will give a full unconditional refund of your installation fee, and remove our equipment form your premises if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your system within six months.

Service Response Guarantee

Alarm Solutions, Inc. will pay for false alarm fines that are not caused by your personnel, the telephone company or an Act of God, or represent you in canceling the fine.

Except as stated in this Commitment, the terms of the Client Agreement apply.
